Client: Any user who posts a project on the platform.

Contractor: Any registered user who submits proposals and offers services.

Project: A job or task posted by a client for contractors to bid on.

Proposal: A contractor’s offer to complete a posted project.

Escrow/Payment Holding: A service where payment is securely held until project milestones are approved or the project is completed.

2. Account Registration:

  • All users must provide accurate and complete information.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are prohibited and will be removed.

3. Project Posting & Bidding:

For Clients:

You may post detailed project listings, including timelines, budgets, and descriptions.

You agree to respond to proposals in a timely and professional manner.

You may cancel a project at any time before accepting a proposal.

For Contractors:

You agree to provide accurate qualifications, experience, and pricing in your proposals.

Submitting spam, irrelevant proposals, or using deceptive practices may result in account suspension.

4. Payment Terms:

Payments are held securely by Friends Group of Construction until the client approves release—either after project completion or at agreed milestones.

Clients agree to fund the project prior to work commencement.

Contractors acknowledge they will only be paid after client confirmation.

Disputes regarding payment will be reviewed by our team; resolution may involve full or partial refunds.

5. Service Fees

Friends Group of Construction may charge a service fee or transaction fee, which will be clearly disclosed before completing any action.

We reserve the right to change our pricing or fee structure with prior notice.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must first attempt to be resolved between the client and contractor.

If unresolved, our support team will review the case, including messages and submitted work.

Decisions made by Friends Group of Construction are final and binding.

8. Conduct & Code of Ethics

All users agree to:

Be honest, professional, and respectful

Deliver and accept work on time and as promised

Avoid abusive language, threats, or unprofessional behavior

Not share sensitive information outside the platform

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

9. Platform Usage & Limitations

You may not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.

Friends Group of Construction is not responsible for the quality of work delivered or accepted, but we assist in dispute handling where needed.

11. Termination of Use
